Some trends in advertising

1. Higher costs for Superbowl advertising. It will cost $3 million for 30 seconds in the 2009 Superbowl.

2. Increases in Mobile advertising. Juniper Research estimates that advertising on mobile devices will pass $1 billion in 2008.

3. Online advertising will continue to grow. About 20% growth is forecast for US Internet advertising.
4. Green marketing continues to grow. Havas just reported that 89% of people are likely to buy more green goods in the next twelve months and 35% are willing to pay a premium for those goods.
